ColossalCon 2014

So as those of you who watch my page are probably aware, I have been to ColossalCon for the first time now and it was freaking EPIC!!! (Even if I was working on my costumes up until an hour before I drove to the con but that's beside the point haha)

My very first ColossalCon was a huge success in every way, shape, and form. My newly debuted costumes went over amazingly, as did my classics!! I had pictures taken of me professionally while I was dressed as X-23 and when I was dressed as Princess Kida! I got to play with my fancy new camera and got some great shots, although next time I will leave it on automatic settings so I don't have insanely washed out pictures in the bright sunlight. >.< Either that, or I will actually learn to use said camera more than the day before the con.

Kalahari was AMAZING - such cool designs and great facilities, I can't wait to go back! Plus TONS of places for taking pictures, waaaay more than at Ohayocon. (nothing against Ohayocon, Kalahari's just a lot more photogenic lol) Next year, I'm going to get a room in the hotel because convenience! (me and a friend stayed offsite this year - only ten minutes away but a pain to try and change in a friend's room during the day, what with borrowing key cards and such)

Hmmm...probably lots more stories I could entertain you with, but I'm exhausted and just wanted to at least dash off a quick note about the awesomeness that was ColossalCon 2014.
